| FGFR2 IIIc（也称FGFR2c）是成纤维细胞生长因子受体2（FGFR2） 的一种关键剪接变体。它属于受体酪氨酸激酶家族，主要表达于间充质来源的细胞，顺利获得结合FGF配体调控细胞增殖、分化与迁移，在胚胎发育中至关重要。其异常激活与乳腺癌、胃癌等多种癌症及Pfeiffer综合征、Crouzon综合征等骨骼发育疾病相关，是抗癌药物研发的重要靶点。 | |
