CD89（又称 FcαRI）是人髓系细胞表面的 IgA Fc 受体，属于免疫球蛋白超家族成员，由 FCAR 基因编码。它主要表达于中性粒细胞、单核细胞/巨噬细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞表面，顺利获得结合 IgA（包括单体、二聚体和分泌型 IgA）触发吞噬作用、抗体依赖细胞介导的细胞毒作用（ADCC）及炎症介质释放等免疫效应功能。CD89 的胞内信号传导依赖于与含 ITAM 基序的 FcR γ 链结合。 |
